Use of this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is provided for information about Seby Shop Constructions and to make it easy for you to request a quote. Content is provided in good faith but may be updated at any time.

Quotes and enquiries

Quotes provided by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person are free and non-binding until both parties agree in writing on the scope, price and timing of the work. Any figures given before a site visit are indicative only and may change once the job is inspected.

The work

Once a job is agreed, we will carry out the work with reasonable skill and care, in line with what has been agreed. Any changes to scope will be discussed with you and confirmed before extra work starts.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our liability for any single job is limited to the price paid for that job.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including photos of work, page copy, and design — belongs to Seby Shop Constructions or is used with permission. Please do not reproduce it without asking.
