How do I get a quote?

Send a few photos of the job on WhatsApp with a short description. First quote usually comes back the same day. For larger jobs I'll arrange a free site visit for a firm written quote.

Yes — quotes are always free, whether by WhatsApp from photos or from a site visit. You only pay once we've agreed the scope and the work begins.

How quickly can you start?

Depends on current bookings. Small jobs are often within 1–2 weeks; larger renovations 2–6 weeks out. WhatsApp for current availability.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

I work with trusted plumbers and electricians for complete projects, so you deal with one point of contact from start to finish.

Yes — general repairs and maintenance are a regular part of the work. If you have a list of small items, I'll happily work through them in one visit.

The site is tidied at the end of every day, and a full clean is done at handover. No piles of rubble or offcuts left behind.

Can I stay in the property during the work?

For most jobs, yes. For loud full strip-outs it's usually easier if you can move out for the noisiest week — we'll agree what's realistic upfront.

Yes — photos and short updates on WhatsApp are standard, especially for remote landlords and clients who can't be on site.

Bank transfer for most jobs, staged payments for larger projects (deposit, mid-way, final). Proper written invoice for every job.

Yes — happy to source and supply everything, or to fit materials you've already bought. Either works.

Snags are fixed at handover, and I'm reachable afterwards for anything that comes up. Being local means I can pop back easily.
